WordPress on web hosting
Web hosting plans on Products → Web hosting support WordPress. Install and manage WordPress through the Enhance control panel after you open it from the client area.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Have an active web hosting service in Services.
- Open Login Control Panel (Enhance).
- Point your domain’s DNS to CyprusNode if the site should use your domain — see DNS for domains.
Install WordPress
Section titled “Install WordPress”Use the WordPress install or application tool available in Enhance for your account. Exact menu labels depend on Enhance; follow the installer’s steps for site title, admin user, and database (often created automatically).
After installation
Section titled “After installation”- Use a strong admin password and keep WordPress, themes, and plugins updated.
- Enable SSL for the site — SSL on web hosting.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC if the site sends mail — DNS authentication.
Performance and fair use
Section titled “Performance and fair use”Shared hosting is subject to fair use. Very heavy plugins or traffic may need a larger plan or a VPS.
