Renew a domain
Domains must be renewed before expiry or you risk losing the name. Manage renewals from My domains and pay invoices at Invoices.
Auto-renewal
Section titled “Auto-renewal”Where enabled on your account or domain, renewal invoices generate before expiry. Pay on time — the same billing rules apply (suspension of linked services for unrelated products; domain loss if the registry deletes expired names).
Manual renewal
Section titled “Manual renewal”If auto-renew is off, watch email notifications and renew from the domain management page when prompted.
After expiry
Section titled “After expiry”Registries often provide a grace period, then redemption or deletion. We cannot guarantee recovery once the registry releases a name. Treat expiry dates as hard deadlines.
