Email on iPhone

Use these steps to add a CyprusNode mailbox to the Mail app on iPhone. You need the mailbox password from your mail or web hosting control panel.

Server names

• Prefer mail.yourdomain.com if your domain’s DNS is configured for CyprusNode mail.
• If that does not work or DNS is not ready, use mail.cyprusnode.com — it always works.

Add the account

1. Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
2. Choose Other → Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, full email address, mailbox password, and description.
4. Choose IMAP (not POP if both are offered).
5. Under Incoming Mail Server:
   • Host name — mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cyprusnode.com
   • Username — full email address
   • Password — mailbox password
6. Under Outgoing Mail Server, use the same host name, username, and password.
7. Save and wait for Mail to verify the account.

Note

The password is not your CyprusNode website login. Set or view the mailbox password in the hosting or mail control panel.

Troubleshooting

• Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC if sending fails or mail is rejected.
• For SSL/TLS issues, ensure you did not typo the hostname.
