SSL on web hosting
Web hosting plans include SSL as part of the product on Products → Web hosting. Use Enhance to enable and attach certificates to your sites.
Enable SSL
Section titled “Enable SSL”- Open Services → your web hosting → Login Control Panel.
- Select the website or domain you want to secure.
- Use the SSL or TLS options in Enhance to issue or enable a certificate (Let’s Encrypt or equivalent, depending on what Enhance offers for your site).
Allow a few minutes for issuance. Ensure the domain points to your hosting with correct DNS before validation.
Force HTTPS
Section titled “Force HTTPS”After the certificate is active, turn on “force HTTPS” or equivalent in Enhance if you want all visitors redirected to https://.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Issue | Check |
|---|---|
| Certificate will not issue | DNS A/AAAA records point to hosting; no conflicting proxy |
| Mixed content warnings | Update site URLs and assets to https:// in WordPress or your CMS |
| Certificate expired | Renew or re-issue from Enhance |
