Email in Outlook and other clients
Use these settings for Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, and other IMAP clients.
Server hostnames
Section titled “Server hostnames”| Role | Hostname |

| Incoming (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.com if DNS is correct; otherwise mail.cyprusnode.com |

Username — full email address
Password — mailbox password from the mail control panel (not the CyprusNode website password)
Ports and encryption

Do not guess alternate ports. If connection fails, check hostname, password, and DNS authentication before opening a ticket.
Outlook (desktop) outline
Section titled “Outlook (desktop) outline”- Add account → manual setup or advanced options.
- Account type IMAP.
- Enter hostnames, ports, and encryption as in the table above.
- Use the mailbox password and full email as username.
Exact Outlook screens vary by version; the values above are what CyprusNode mail expects.
