Account credits
Account credit is prepaid balance on your CyprusNode account. Manage it at Account → Credits.
Buying credits
Section titled “Buying credits”- Sign in and open Account → Credits.
- Purchase credit in EUR through the checkout flow shown on the site.
Paying invoices with credit
Section titled “Paying invoices with credit”When you pay an invoice, you can apply credit only if the credit balance covers the full invoice amount. Partial payment with credit alone is not supported — pay the remainder by card or add more credit first.
Credits and SLA
Section titled “Credits and SLA”SLA compensation, when applicable, may be issued as extra service time or account credit, not cash. See SLA summary.
