Invoices and payments
Invoices are the official record of what you owe and what you paid. Pay them at cyprusnode.com/invoices.
Pay an invoice
Section titled “Pay an invoice”- Sign in and open Invoices.
- Select the unpaid invoice.
- Pay with Stripe in EUR, or use account credit if your credit balance covers the full invoice amount.
You can save cards under Account → Payment methods for faster checkout where the site offers it.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Store and product pages show indicative prices. The line items on your invoice are what you are charged for.
Auto-renewal
Section titled “Auto-renewal”Services renew automatically for the next billing period unless you cancel renewal before the current period ends. Cancellation runs the service until the paid end date; we do not pay cash prorates for unused time.
Unpaid and overdue invoices
Section titled “Unpaid and overdue invoices”If a VPS is suspended for non-payment, pay the invoice rather than trying to start the server while billing is unresolved.
Chargebacks
Section titled “Chargebacks”Disputing a valid charge with your bank without contacting us first is a breach of terms. Open a ticket if something on an invoice looks wrong.
Non-refundable items (summary)
Section titled “Non-refundable items (summary)”Credits, once purchased, are non-refundable. Custom work, setup performed by us, migrations, and domains after submission to the registry are not refundable. Full rules are in our legal pages — see policies overview.
